Ingredients:

- 4 large baking potatoes

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

- 2 green onions, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions: - heat the to 300°F (150°C).

- Scrub the potatoes and pierce them several times with a fork.

-Place the potatoes directly on the gas and cook for about 35-50 minutes until.

- - Place the potatoes and minced garlic in a  pot of salt water.. to a boil and cook until the potatoes are  about 13-28 minutes.

- 4 large leeks, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

- 4 cups peeled and diced potatoes

- 1 cup heavy cream
