1. Classic Banana Bread:

Ingredients:

- 3 ripe bananas

- 1/2 cup  butter, melted

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 /2 cups -purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions:

a)and grease a loaf pan..

b) In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

c) In a , whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.. Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

d) the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and brake for 55 -60 minutes or until a  inserted in the center comes out clean.

e) Allow the banana bread to cool in the leaky pan for 12 minutes, then cool completely before serving


2. Banana Smoothie Bowl:

Ingredients:

- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

-1/3 cup almond milk any milk

- Toppings: sliced bananas, granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, berries, etc.

a) In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

b) Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
